-some time ago I wanted to build this system from the scheme Akula:
Unfortunately, I could not cope, I have not found equivalent for this chip:"K555TB9"
and how he functions here:
I can not say whether this system works and if it is necessary but has a synchronization control solution which could cause a check
folding method on pcb UNIVERSAL this wire is laborious and never really ne know if somewhere there is no error in conducting paths.

for long cables without shielding bring a lot Operating Noise! you need a ground GND metal housing in other types of potentiometers avoid unpleasant surprises.

changes in the type of driver tc4420 does the opposite ucc27322
They have the same pins and act differently and the same sea to be with Tl 494 one works up to 1 MHz and the other to 3MHz.
At the moment you have to try different combinations to get a similar type of operation.

I believe i have made a wrong move by  removing my varistor but was rated only at 470volts.

Since it's late night now.I got plans on Sunday to add 2 varistor 470volts in series.

There is lost in efficiency using 600volts FGH50N60S2 IGBT drawing current at 6.5Amps to produce just 2kv.I guess this old IGBT model is obsolete.

Think about it why Akula was using snubber rated for high voltage up to the new device and we are still playing with 12volts ....24volts.Have anyone even thought about this.

     In this Akula video, he is showing how to tune the different circuits, of his second self runner video device, using a function generator and a scope.
  Although I can't understand it, I do get some idea.
  On that particular schematic (which was made by him), hopefully nothing is hidden.
   NOTE: He is giving the kacher's transistor rectified high voltage, from the 28 turns yoke coil circuit.
