  Maybe, it's was a similar effect that you saw, as when I connect my earth ground line to the negative side of 0.47uf cap, which is ALSO going to the Kacher transistor negative rail.  Connecting the earth ground to the transistor's base line (Kacher secondary coil) does not work for me. As it kills the Kacher's oscillations, so, I connect the ground to the transistor emitter side.
However, my Kacher's on off switch is switching the negative rail's side, on and off.
This allows power to flow to the Kacher, but through the induction circuit first, and it does raise the output of the Kacher signal. Amplification?  Maybe... I don't know, and I don't really care,  as it's self running that I'm after.  Input and output readings mean nothing to me, at this time.
 
   Connecting the two induction circuits together, by a jumper between the two circuits does not work for me.  But, my two induction circuits are not connected in series, like is shown on some diagrams, since they are both separate induction circuits.

  I've gotten my 3 turns induction circuit running at 25Khz now, as I'm removed any other tuning caps other than the 2000v WIMA 0.47uf cap.  So, I'm getting close to Ruslan's 27.3Khz now. Any other lower voltage tuning caps were only dropping the use able voltage to their maximum voltage levels. 200v to 400v, instead of the much higher voltage that the wima cap will admit.
  My Kacher's output frequency at the antenna is running at any where from 1.1Mhz to 1.81Mhz. Depending on the placement of the ferrite pieces in the former tube.
  1.81 to 1.85 is my grenade self resonant frequency.  But, no extra output seen from that combination mentioned above.
  Still no cigar...  Any advice is welcome.

     I should probably forget about other people's frequency readings, and I should focus on my own syncronization strategy, at what ever frequency it may happen at.   
    I'm gonna get to that wild goose, no matter what, sooner or later...

Agreed. All devices are built different. You will know when you have it tuned right, when from the tap of a 12V battery, you can run the device and its load with no battery connected. Use you intuition, you know, like the deaf and dumb blind kid who played a mean pin ball.

  Penial glad activation... to allow the information and insight to flow into our perception. 
  Our higher senses are being blocked. To keep us controlled, in self imposed slavery, self imposed "lack",  with overpowering economic issues, contention, and wars.  Keeping us in permanent turmoil. And then adding poison to our food, poisons in our water, and poison to our sky. Not to mention what nuclear reactors, hundreds of them, are doing to our world.
   No wonder we can't see, or find what we're looking for. 
   But, not for long... If there is one thing that I am,  it's persistent.

Just a bit back to Unipolar impulse- I can see it is very sensitive to right setup of duty cycle(and frequency ofcourse).  Just working on coding of Arduino and AD9850 - I need to allow me to tune duty cycle by 0.1% and the trigger function - after receiving trigger impulse It will fire an impulse of given frequency and duty cycle and time length.  With this it will be much easier to work and experiment.
