Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hi apecore,

I think the most important step before embarking on a serious measurement regime, is to ditch the grid as a power supply and use batteries. The rudimentary voltage and current measurements can then be repeated for a system efficiency baseline, against which all build variations can be compared to. The parameters you list are all critical to this end. Although meter measurements can be reasonably used for input current and voltage to push-pull and Kacher, scope measurements should be used for loaded output measurements. In view of what T1000 has said in respect of electrostatics contribution to power output, a baseline system first needs to established whereby we can be reasonably confident that we have established the right voltage and frequency for the Tesla coil. Hopefully he can guide us further on this after he has carried out this exercise on his own system.

Hi Hoppy,
One of the conditions are stabil power supply...and batteries are indeed nescessary.
Underneath the critical parameters there are control parameters. As you mentioned about the tesla voltage and frequent ...i like to call them quality control parameters.
I hope T-1000 will see that there are several items which can influence the electrostatic absorbtion rate.
Some are fixed and some will be variable.... the goal is to get them all in scope so this absorbtion process will become steady when we manage to get control of these aspects......also changes will become predictable and progress is on its way.
So please lets spend some time in defining these items...some will be easy but some we will learn more about in the future.
After we have the overview we have to define the measuring methods and equipment.... so what we measure after that will also be accurate ...even for every person who does the same.
So the different setups get comparable and improvements etc. can be shared and valdated.

Hoppy any chance you can take my vehicle for an 'MOT' and hang about for it till its ready thanks, and there's a good man! ;)

;D OK but are you sure it will pass the self-running test without exceeding the required emission levels. I can't hang about waiting for a fail certificate.  ;)

apecore,

I see the main control variables as the various coil parameters - number of turns, dimensions of coil formers, gauge of wire, insulation and component placement (electrostatics). Also supply voltages to both push-pull and Kacher. Too many for comfort!

A non self running device will always show a higher input than output measurement. Is that really of interest?
If so, please apecore show Hoppy your input to output readings, so that we can continue with more meaningful tests.
As I already know what you will be showing. NO OU.  So, does Hoppy.  So, what's the point?
Economizing on the input, and maximizing the output may not work in this case. Try it and see.

Hoppy: Please indicate HOW to measure a SELFRUNNER'S input to output measurements. So, that you can guide us all.
Or are you only interested in seeing measurement on devices that don't work.

That's easy Nick. No need for measurement on a self-runner. Just remove the power supplies and watch her fly!
