The electron is the source of energy or rather is the valve ;-)

The answer is: none of it.


Can  some of you memorize few sentences below?
I pointed  _{delta T} in my past two posts.
And it was somehow  not noticed by you.

<sub>1.Without  potential varying in time  frame there is NO WORK done.

2.static potential  is just a bite  to  attract electron flow, -It is there, and there-is no work performed yet in its static form.

3.magnetic field  of a magnet  is self contained system,  incapable to do  to do any work at all.( delta T is missing)

4 So far there is NO  prove that anyone was able to exchange energy-(that  means couple to),  with  magnetic field of  a magnet.
magnet is just ignorant body  manifesting its presence, you can kick around it  like you kick and jump around rock. You can not disturb it by that.
the only difference is that magnets boundaries of its magnetic field  are not immediately visible  to an eye.</sub>



Summary:
electron flow from  ground wire to  the Tariel Kapanadze  device is thought to be  a result  of presence of:
- firstly created Electrostatic Potential, between the ground and the device.   That  EP than must be present all the time  the electron flow  is  required.
   However EP _character: is time varying dependency, and its _character  is based   on tuned   factors of _{Delta T}.
   of nano or picosecond  generator of impulses.

hint:
Tariel Kapanadze when I spoke to him in Tbilisi wanted to avoid talking about the device and especially about nature of impulses.
He was  very primitive in his impulse generator at this time.
Tariel utilized spark gap , where energy of very quiet spark was small and  very much uniform.
The frequency of spark  have not been very high.
However interesting was that interval between impulses was longer than  _{delta T of the length of each individual impulse}

In the device he presented to me he used  impulses of HV coming directly from  gas heat  furnace  that was giving burst of impulses
every time it was  triggered.
so if the wires  from power  have been connected such a way that triggering wire was constantly  trigger ready for nest burst than that burst was repeated over and over again.
There you go.
Tariel Kapanadze device was not very much requiring in stability nor its accuracy or quality impulses.
He killed three problems at the same time.
1. no need to build any nano/pico second generator (it was likely  millisecond generator.)
2. no need to use any  transistors to convert it to HV ( High Voltage)
3. no need to create initial EP ( the impulses have been already at high voltage potential
so the reminding  question is what triggered trigger wire of that High Voltage block( electronic board)??

In the very simple language that character of EP is:

1-static, (only at very beginning)
changing to--------
2-dynamic, (based on picosecond   impulse from say picosecond generator)( _{delta T} is present)
changing to--------
3-static ( during dead time interval between impulses, -and this is the time of _{electron inertia})

4. energy to the nano or picosecond generator comes from

If we  picture it:
than, that picosecond impulse has nanosecond  intervals and is square in shape  and
we must remember that Square signal  has
  1.rise time AC
  2 top of the impulse DC
  3. falling edge AC
  4. the interval between impulses is DEAD time- nothing is there and that is  your  _{delta T} of dead time.

  4a.only in this dead time  inertial mass of electron  can  be noticed.
  That inertia  is your  temporary energy storage similar to  _{flyback effect} or _{fly wheel effect.}

If you want  this energy to be stored for longer time, than please :
   1.  add resonance circuit,  LC
   2.  tune it to resonance of flow or push that flow with nano or picosecond impulse frequency to work for you  with  maximum _efficiency.


So where is in here any presence of any particle decay isotope?
That presence  of that small nuclear energy converted to electricity
Well  that isotope is your "system life support"

think of  already accumulated energy  in the flywheel, that needs very small sustaining energy coming from outside  of the system to compensate the losses,
Knowing that we are dealing with steady parameters of the load.

Ok people  -now back to technical aspects

Very interesting schematic came from Realstrannik member DELAMORTO

His variant is below. Shortly - accelerating "soft" electrons from inverter with "hard" electons from HV AC transformer (not fly back because FBack has several HV-diodes at secondary side and DC output). We need HV AC output.

Very interesting schematic that pushed me to start reading again very interesting book abut "soft and hard electrons" and masking hard electrons by soft electrons.

The book name is Cater, Joseph - The Awesome Life Force -

Take a look at this schematic and try to study it. Special interest belong to cylindrical  cylindrical asymmetric HV capacitor and steady HV E-field in it. Take a thought.
