I like the Russian legend of STAAR device too! however it makes me think about difference between mechanical oscillation(pendulum) and electromagnetic oscillation (wave,field,electron), if I hit ferrite with a hammer, it will start to vibrate AND induce current in coil, i can also make it vibrate with pulses in coil, what if we could couple both effects together? sync them...

Isn't ferrite a little brittle to go hitting with a hammer ?

its just an analogy, the thing is that the hammer could be magnetic field of a coil... this could lead to some back emf business from vibrating domains...
In case of Ruslan Akula stuff, can we really speed up electron movement with static electric field if the vector of e field is behind electron that is moving forward? if so than how this is energy wise?
