Common new, black wire is not the way.

Try coax, with its shield so the center, contaminated copper wire holds the plasma in the middle of the wire.

Better still try Chris Sykes "burned wire" which is contaminated wire, proper for transmitting plasma from 4D to 3D using the Hole Theory, the theory that describes negative/virtual electrons, ie, electricity that moves opposite to normal electrons.

The author might use plain "burned wire" (wire containing holes) or he can pull out the new, center copper wire in a piece if coax and insert the burned wire into the coax and use the shielding to contain it even further.

The rule is,

New wire doesnt work for neg-electrons, 4D.
Contaminated wire works to transfer 4D to 3D.
