his real surname is Romanov I spoke with this guy few years ago.
He has quite non-orthodox   approach with which I  mostly disagree.
But he is quite smart person. Romanov explains things around using wrong methods even having wrong conclusions,  but leading to right answers by the educated  listeners
in that particular field.

Like everyone from the known experimenters,he is in business of benefiting the most or benefiting only.Respondents  are giving  him push and information needed to go forward.
Him keeping his YouTube channel is like social contact with money owners and idea givers.

So far in his last video I see wrong assumptions and wrong explanation .
Please understand Overunity does not exists and never existed in world of energy . However Overunity exists in financial world.
There is no such thing as free lunch , but there is lunch someone pays for.
And in our case this somebody is nature.
So the reason I'm with you here  and I make my videos is that I know for sure that energy conversion where we do not pay for original energy is a fact.

If RF is running bulbs, (I love those gigantic russian 5kw bulbs!, hard to buy in EU) and probably is; we can see this blue light/sparking when circuit is shorted so how a cell phone and tv can work? I cant see any converter stuff like RF to 50hz, device looks really simple, TOO simple! what magic is this?

now for the RUSLAN GEODEPENDENT GENERATOR fraud case:
If one can make a device that uses capacitance of some metal object or even earth ground, would such sensitive circuit frequencies change if connected to different earth grounds on different locations?

And did you watch the movies on Denis Permyakov channel. Denis and Romanov made around 120 videos in couple last weeks,explaining many principles. I watched almost all of them and I have big respect to Romanov he is doing that. Somewhere there lies the true.   He maybe explains his stuff by his words, but he also shows some stuff in practical, and I could see it working when I tried it myself in small scale.

It is yet to be found it this is fraud or not.
ground is not uniform  and two grounds ( ground connections) in the given distance behaves like impedance with its own at that area capacitive and inductive reactances   and if thee is telluric current  than it is actively interractive self powered circuit that might interact  or be a part of  another circuit that we connect to that two  or x time copper rods
