ok, ok .. if you need a transformer with a small pulse from back EMF, fold two bifilar oppositely wound coils together.
One of them will be the primary winding, the other - the secondary one. The inductance of the turns will be compensated, but the longitudinal inductance (linear) will not be compensated. The transformer will work through the longitudinal inductance of the wire and the capacitance between the wires. This way you will get an ordinary coaxial transformer.
