I'm not sure  what is making Stella upset so much.Stella is talented French  who doesn't speak English.As I understood he  is  promoting some commercial products for sale too.
He has nice space and he is plenty active in building Tesla coils.My responses are blocked on his YouTube videos.We have problem  to communicate  with each other but I'm not against him  at all.

Wesley, After some careful consideration of what you and others on this forum have been saying, I agree with the thought that Ruslan Kalabuhov did have a working device. Ruslan seems to try and explain how the device works in his videos. I also believe that not following traditional electrical teachings and using experimental research and out of the box thinking can lead some "garage" experimenters to a working device.

I can't say that the device of Ruslan Kalbuhov is  working or not, as I didn't  examine the device.
-the device is of the same concept  as Akula, SR, and others.
But.. that  makes them often to be liquidated, eliminated, by these who see

None of them was conformed as fakes.

Public wants to have and wants to know.
Public doesn't want to pay.
Public doesn't care  about inventors.
Pubic acts often as horde of wolfs ripping off every bone for their own personal gain.
Public appreciates "given value" 5 minutes after it was given to them.
Some inventors patenting ideas may have very difficult life too.

There  are many ways of energy conversion.
I visited Ted Anis.
I saw the device.
The key to  it is  magnets with  almost  square hysteresis,(not made anymore)
In 50ties till 70ties there were  plenty billions  of it used for computer logic.
For these lucky enough the easiest way is to  crush them into the powder  and using  compound to make few
big ones in preferred shape and with holes in the right place.
The process to  bake them is called sintering and can be  done  at your garage.

Another question is to answer what energy comes from?
I  don't think it is good  for Ted Anis if I  address this question.
