What frequency is measured? Kapanadze says about 50-400Hz but how to understand it for a coil! There is one explanation - the coil is not HF for all coils.

Where did Kapanadze say that? video ? text ?
He said it was an electromagnet (selenoid), not an ordinary magnet. This may be an ordinary coreless coil or with core.
