It is a fact the Deutsche Bank Building caught fire after being damaged from the debris from the towers and it did not collapse...
  It is a fact that a building burned in china recently.... it did not collaspe.

I could probably list 1000 buildings that didn't collapse from fire alone. this is nothing new. However it shouldn't set precedence in a case where other factors are involved. LIKE A PLANE FLEW INTO THEM AND IGNITING 6 FLOORS INSTANTANEOUSLY! There is no comparison! the buildings you mentioned fire started and spread over a period of time. BUT STILL none of this proves there was a conspiracy! All it proves is you cannot comprehend that a plethora of events caused the buildings to collapse as a result of flying an aircraft (initial event) into them.

I will admit I have not read this entire thread.  However, to any of you who think the U.S. government or the Administration somehow planned this, I have to ask - assuming this was the outcome they wanted, the do you really think they would take the chance?  There would almost be guaranteed leaks.  If exposed, the planners would surely face trial and life sentences or worse.  And believe me, someone would talk.

In the following video, Noam Chomsky, the great liberal and no friend to the Bush administration, makes this argument better than I ever could.

How many covert ops go on from our and other gov. that don't get leaked? Many and so this isn't like that huh.

How many didn't that you believe did? Conspiracy everything is a conspiracy! Bah!!

First I would like to counter the argument that the government cant keep secrets. Think about it, if the government couldnt keep secrets there would be no need to declasify things ever because people would know everything leaks would always get the information out. But we know this is not true; the government can keep secrets very well. One very effective way in which they keep secrets is through compartmentalization. This is where people dont really know the bigger picture of what they are involved in. Another way is to kill off the people who know too much sometime after the event; this is a tactic used in Stalin's time in Russia and I am sure the Russians arent the only people who thought of using that tactic. The argument about the government not willing to take the risk is what I thought for years. But what made me start asking more questions is looking at what the government gained out of this event. The gained tremendous power that probably would not have been possible without 9/11. We now have a scenario in which it is acceptable for the government to torture people as long as we dont call it torture. We also have a situation in which Americans are demanding that the governement take away many of our constitutional rights. For example, random searches of people rather than searching due to probable cause. We are willing to now allow the government to wiretap our phones as long as they tell us it is for the war on terror. We are now willing to allow our government to detain Amerians and foreigners indefinately without charges. I can go much deeper but these are facts that I am pretty sure this group is aware of. What did the terrorists gain from 9/11? I can go on and list more substantial benefactors of the attacks but from what I can see the terrorists gained almost nothing aside from a few extra recruits from the publicity.
