How does it feel to be duped?

Before anyone jumps off the deep end, hear me out. 


I research all sorts of BS, usually just for entertainment. I am a serious WWII buff, and came across something which I found quite interesting. A supposed German built device consisting of three counter rotating plates with electromagnets, the purpose of them is to create high velocity rotating opposing magnetic fields......


Three or more coils, each with wires wrapped all around them.... The unit spins up..... Rotating magnetic field in two directions......


SOUND FAMILIAR?


It is a set-up. Supposedly, the WWII German device and others of similar purpose killed numerous researchers. Why release such for the public to work on you ask? (Do you even HAVE to ask?)


This is not a generator for energy output. That may be a side effect, but not the real purpose.


It is an electro-magnetic drive unit. That explains a ton of questions, at least to me.


This thing is dangerous if all of the info I read about the German devices are true. Probably not true, sketchy and inherently dubious info.


However, it doesn't matter what I believe, it matters what others believe. It also doesn't matter whether perpetrated by a gov, special interest group, society, or even a lame inventor waiting with a pat pending on an incomplete device.

How does one get "three" counter rotating plates? What was the third direction?
  Sounds like they were playing with a dyno trying to increase output by higher rpm.
  So of all these things you have researched how many of them take some form of motive force out of the environment to produce effects which can be transformed into usefull electricity to run lights or motors? That is the only way to get it for free. It has to be there anyway it has to continue to be there inspite of anyone. It would be easier if it was something cyclic in nature and worked day and night without difference.
   Is there any such thing to fit the bill? Can it be utillized in a affordable method?
  Im not saying re-invent the wheel.The wheel works perfectly fine the way it is. It's what turns the wheel that is lacking. I doubt any useful information is public on topics that fit the bill. So for that end you must invent. A departure from the things which today turn the wheel and all the little complexities which aid the devices of today becuase they only work well for what they were intended.Which is not what anyone who comes here is looking for. Trolls being the exception or persons who profit from the problem remaining the way it is.

Three counter rotating plates in the sense of being counter to the adjacent plate. With three plates, the middle plate is rotating counter in relation to the other two.

actualy as far as i know the middle plate (disc) was not rotating but static and electricaly (patern)charged, the other discs have been rotated very fast and also the diameter ratio also played a role in this one, anyway the idea was that due to charge separation in(on) the discs and the rotation a magnetic field would emerge( 2 of them).hmm something like frolov's hat but based on magnetic fields.... etc and so the story goes.

So sort of like combining a Wimshurst generator and a dynomo or building a Wimhust overtop of a bipolar dynomo. You would still have figure out how to take the two outputs and convert it to something a motor could use to run it. It would take a creative transformer. More akin to a Y stator with varring winds and wire size for each leg of the Y with one of them as a final output to a drive motor. Then run some small pick ups over each leg of the Y as secondary  tie it to a Y configured light board to run some LED's and poof you got a flux capacitor. It may or may not work but it would be funny and thats whats really important. Everything works better with flashing lights.
