Tesla Radiant Receiver - Collector

I ran into this looking for something else but it probably applies to Tesla's radiant energy collector. There is a phenomenon called the "Compton Effect" or "Compton Scattering". It's what occurs when X-rays or gamma rays collide with atoms. The ray loses some energy which makes its wavelength a little longer but conservation of energy still applies and in some cases it will free an electron by raising the electron's energy.

If this applies to Tesla's radiant energy collector it is probably the mechanism that frees up electrons for the metal plate to collect.

If you are talking about the "vibrating switch" shown in the schematic on page 7-1 of Patrick Kelly's book the answer is unknown. That is a schematic drawn by Patrick Kelly and the switch is not specified. It somewhat resembles a "vibrator" from old electronic circuits. You might search "vintage radio vibrator" or "antique radio vibrator". Patrick Kelly's schematic is an over simplification of Tesla's circuit. If you look at Tesla's patent you'll see different types of switches used.

That's one of the problems encountered in studying Tesla's work - everyone seems to have their own interpretation. If you want the truth go to the original source - Tesla's patents, articles, and papers.

 The radiant receiver you are seeking to build or replicate is nothing more then inefficient solar panel cell. If you looking to build a energy receiver such as the one Tesla spoke of being able to collect the electricity he emmitted using the Wardenclyffe tower. You need to reverse the imput making it the output. It's all about tuning and frequencies. Definitely easier said then done. The exact means for doing so died with him. 50volts per foot is what was said to be able to collect.
Fox bole radios, remember those? They were powered by the frequency transmission. Now image if you could tune in some of the natural frequency that naturally flow 24/7/356. Hmmmmm Thats what he was able to do. He did speak of old radios that had been outdated and not used or availible. Something about them play a part in what we seek. It would be very interesting to see what they had in them that the next models didnt.
I just wish I had the time to get back into this. Something to remember is that everything is vibrant and nothing is solid. Everything is energy. John Hutchinson proved that with work he has done. Vibrance is the key to everythings existance. Frequencies create vibrance. You can't have one without the other. Always keep that in mind. Good luck and take care.
