Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I believe we can gain insight by first completely understanding the basics.

So when a pos ion meets a neg ion they combine and go neutral this is how static eliminators work.

Does the same happen in our circuits, when pos meets neg is energy consumed,

Is energy being dissipated in the tank circuit.

Power collection (creation of positive charge area) ; something... this dual TL494 thing is highly based on forward EMF...  more info at link; actually a lot of ramblings... had a lot of issues with mosfets conducting backwards...

driving L2 causes a extra draw on the positive rail when M1 stops conducting; this also causes L1 to pull from power and push to ground...

L3 pulses to make L2/L1 also draw on the positive rail...

Not really sure what your trying to do.
I did work on your sch. a little  :)
