The field coil in the generator is used like a step transformer as smaller voltage
on the field is used to control the larger voltage on the output. But when the
field is connected as an undriven LC resonance the larger power on the output coil induces
an even higher voltage on the field coil. Then Q voltage amplification of resonance boosts the
field voltage swings even higher as suggested by the capacitor's working voltages of 25KV.

If I showed you all the devices I've built over the years that "almost run".... apparently you head a splode, you would get so excited. Heck, I can light up SIX little neons from a AAA battery and I don't even need to make all that noise.

Believe what you want but this sounds fairly hopeful (no pun intended).
