How to control all Hurricanes now information !!!

I found out when we had the BP Oil Spill how to use this information now and this information will prove that I am correct below am saying is proof now.


1)  What fuels all Hurricanes ?
    A)  The evaporation on top of the ocean's water will fuels the Hurricanes
2)  What makes the ocean's water to cause it to evaporate ?
    A)  The Sun's rays which is hydrino's of Dr. Randell Mills processes of the black light web site:  www.blacklightpower.com
3)   How do you stop the ocean's water from evaporating ?
    A)  Use crude oil on top of ocean's water that will entrap the Sun's rays which then makes the oil very valuable because its energy is added to the oil
4)  How is crude oil entraps the Sun's rays ?
     A)   The Crude oil has a much higher or lower viscosity then 5 w 30 motor oil that entraps the Sun's energy to the mass of crude oil and plus the crude oil evaporation temps are much higher then the temperatures underneath it which is also water and is harder to evaporate it into the air as well !!!
5)  conclusion is that one day on the news they was talking about a hurricane was coming into the Louisiana where the crude oil was spilled which then was put on top of the water and I then saw this hurricane did not want to come into the Louisiana harbor which means this is proof now that putting crude oil helps stops all hurricanes because the crude oil acts like a land barrier to entrapping the Sun's rays when the crude oil is on top which then means that it stops the evaporation processes to the water underneath it that does not fuel the hurricanes now so what a great find all here to read and understand this !!  God has showed me this and to all the world too if you just open your eyes to him but most of us are too busy with family stuff and work is why !!  I thank God that there is both sides to every coin now the positive and negative things in our lives now !!

This is great news all if you see what I see now but someone has to come up with a patentable was to make container's now to put in crude oil into them and put them on the ocean's top of water now to get the same affects and control bad hurricanes forming in our coastal boundaries now !!!

Since the world is 3/4 water, made up mostly by the oceans, we sort of need that evaporation process to allow it to rain on the land masses so we can grow food and have drinking water..it would also heat the oceans by trapping solar power and probably kill off a lot of the sea life that we like to call food.

I am not saying to cover the whole ocean's water with my idea clear plastic large containers only to the coastal borders to help stop hurricanes from coming into our lands when we need to put them out is my idea plastic containers so maybe it would also redirect the hurricanes too is another thought ?

OK, I see.

My opinion, for whatever that is worth, is that mankind can never control mother nature.  The earth and weather will do what it does and all we can do is to try to adapt and survive.  Using the method you suggest "might" work in the way you intend, but, what then happens to the energy of the hurricane?  It might well be that it does veer away from the shores you have protected using your method, but, then it hits another area with a much larger force causing even more damage.  Since this has never been attempted before, I believe that all of the possible unintended consequences need to be considered.  Mankind has screwed up before, many times, trying to control mother nature.  (for lack of a better term.)

Just my opinion.
