No it isn't.  It's two goop guns launching two goop pancakes at each other.  That has zero to do with magnetic field interactions.

Everything is completely different between your "smoke rings" video and magnetic field interactions.  I had no idea that dolphins could blow "air rings" but you learn a new thing every day.
