That is because coil A is not charged from coil B.

I will make this simple for you. Get your self a bucket that will hold water-this will be your cap.
Now get two garden hoses that are connected to two different taps-tap A and tap B. Turn both taps on so water is flowing out of each hose,and into the bucket.
Question 1-Is the water from tap B flowing through tap A before it is collected in the bucket?

2-If water is flowing from tap A and tap B,will the water from tap B flow through tap A before it gets to the bucket?,or will the water flowing from tap B turn in the direction of flowing water from tap A at the T piece,and flow into the bucket along with the water from tap A?.

Where do you think this excess "Energy" comes from? Its not from the Input! Is it?

If you take all the energy out of a magnetic field in one instant,then you would have less energy than what it took to create that field. you would also have a piece of material that in now as good as a bolt sitting in your parts tray.

Why would you want to remove that field?,why not let the field serve it's purpose within the device.
If we were to use say a PM,then would it not be better to neutralize that PM's field until such time as it is needed to provide a force?--both mechanical !and! electrically.
