of course all the phone problems were thoroughly investigated and I had not noticed when they shut it off because I ALWAYS use phone cards and they are of course unaffected .. wasn't until I tried to call another area code that I noticed ,and IAN who works for Frontier in  the Carolinas had "NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON" ?? ramset, OK. I was just wondering if this came right from Tinman.

I remember Joe in Australia of 'Joe cell' fame said in some privately made informal video interviews that he was threatened
by some guys who said something like if he didn't stop the joe cell research stuff they would 'send his kids back to him in
the post'. Another guy in the US who said in a forum that he replicated using a joe cell to power his vehicle, also
said he was threatened by some guys, and I think he also stopped all posting about his joe cell tests right then
and there, and apparently stopped his tests as well. There have been some other cases like this.  It makes a person wonder
if some governments are actively trying to suppress certain types of technology. Many of the stories about
MIBs may be far fetched, but in some cases the government may really be suppressing certain technologies
for whatever reasons. Maybe they think the oil industry will collapse and cause serious economic repercussions around the world
if free energy devices are allowed to be manufactured (assuming that some really exist), and maybe they already know about such
technologies and are keeping them for their own use to give them self and their allies an advantage for military purposes. I don't know.
Then again maybe some governments are right in the pocket of big oil and so they are trying to protect their big oil buddies. It's anyone's guess.

I do know the guy who wrote the book about Spin Waves said that at the US technology company he was working for (I forget the company name)
which does technology contract work for the US government, someone had called him one day from the company and asked him if he was interested
in being involved in keeping an eye on various free energy researchers via the internet, or something along those lines. He said he
turned the offer down. I can't see why he would have made that up.

Ramset, check with your long distance provider and see what they say happened with your long distance service going
down. You could always just buy a long distance phone card or use a friend's phone and make long distance calls, so I don't see
much advantage in the US government taking down your long distance service. That would only be a very temporary thing.
Computer hard drives do sometimes just fail as well, however anything is possible. If you were in close contact with Tinman and someone
really is trying to shut his tests down, then I guess they could be trying to throw a scare into you, but it could have just been coincidence.

MarkE, that's a pretty ignorant and uninformed comment about Joe and his Joe cell stuff. I say this
because I did a fair amount of research into the joe cell stuff a number of years ago and I
know what you are saying is a distortion. Joe has some pretty far out ideas and some of his
explanations of how he thinks things work are also far fetched, but I have seen various video clips with
Joe running an engine on his Joe cell with the carb and gas line drained, and have seen various comments from people who
witnessed in person Joe doing this sort of thing.

I also saw a video clip of Joe having hooked up a hose and gas torch nozzle to one of his joe cell variations, and from what I
recall now in the video clip he held the torch nozzle up close to his cheek and pointed it right at his cheek and also passed his hand
or arm right in front of the torch nozzle and there was no effect. He then right after placed the torch nozzle over his metal work bench
in his shop and the torch started cutting through the metal work bench top just like an acetaline torch. I know anything could be faked, but that
video at least looked pretty real, and Joe is a mechanic not a professional stage magician. It is also a fact that
quite a few people witnessed in person some of Joe's various demos with his joe cells, and posted about it in forums or posted up videos
on youtube. Say what you will about Joe's odd theories and questionable explanations, but a number of people corroborated seeing 
Joe do some very unusual things with his joe cells. Many of his theories may well be wrong, but it appears he really
was able to demonstrate some very strange things with his joe cells in front of various people who went to visit him.

I am just commenting on what I found in a period of about a couple of years of doing a lot of research in my spare time
on Joe and his joe cells. My own personal opinion is there is a good chance that he may really have been onto something unusual.
I am not a blind believer in this sort of thing at all. I have seen too much foolishness and fakery and mistaken claims in this area,
but Joe's stuff has a real degree of corroboration to it that should at least make a reasonable person pause and think. 
The story about the car lifting off the ground a bit may seem way out there, and I don't know anything much about that, but the
short video clip I saw of Joe holding a torch nozzle to his face and hand, (or maybe it was to his arm, as I watched that clip quite a while back now),
and then immediately putting the nozzle over his metal workbench and the metal starting throwing up sparks and a glow like he was holding a cutting
torch to his workbench seems like it would have been pretty hard to fake.

That is only one video clip amongst various others showing strange things Joe could do. Another video I watched showed
Joe take two containers of water from his fridge, which from what I recall Joe said one was charged 'positive' and the other
was charged 'negative'. He first had his guests drink some of the water from the two containers to confirm it
was just water, and then Joe poured a mixture from the two water containers into an ordinary silver spoon, and I
think he then sparked the silver spoon with something like the wires from a wall power adapter (I am going
from memory here), and then lit the water in the silver spoon on fire with a match, and it burned much like alcohol with
a blue flame. I know people who believe strongly that such things are impossible will insist it was just
tricks, and it could have been in this case, but again Joe was a mechanic, not a practiced stage magician.
If it was a trick, then Joe is pretty darn good at sleight of hand or other trickery because the people watching were sitting or standing around him
and watching up close. The longer version of that video showing all the details I described was later taken down from youtube by one of the
guests who witnessed it and video recorded it, but someone else later just posted a short clip from the video showing the water burning, but which
didn't show all the other details of Joe having people drink from the water containers first to confirm it was only water in the two containers.

I know people will believe whatever they want regardless of what evidence there is, but in my own view with everything
taken into account that I saw and read about Joe from various sources and witnesses, Joe really seems to have done some very
unusual things right in front of a number of different people who visited him. Call it all tricks if it makes you feel more comfortable
with it, but I personally say there is a good chance that at least some of what Joe and others claimed about his joe cells
may be true. The good thing for 'government agents' is they didn't even have to try to discredit Joe. His stuff is likely
so unbelievable to many that many just wouldn't believe it may be possible no matter what. This is my view on the matter, and I am
sticking to it, at least for now

If you want to make a believer out of me, point me to where a qualified neutral third party has ever validated the claims for a Joe cell.  AFAIK that has never happened.

It's been many years.  Where are any working "Joe cells"?  Suppressed by the Men in Black?  Defeated by angels who have decided human kind is too wicked?  Having a working "Joe cell" would mean never having to buy gasoline again.  Can you point me to someone over there who hasn't bought gas in a very long time?
