Honti/Pataki Wind mill

Hello gyula,
there are two hungarian people,Akos Honti and Szilard Pataki,
which received 1995 for their wind mill invention a special award by
the YEER-org(Jugend forscht) !
+300% more efficiency compared with conventional wind mills !
There was also an article about them in the "P(eter).M(osleitner).-Magazin",
in Germany something like the "Popular Mechanics" in the U.S.A. !

the windmills now take about 30% of the power out of wind, don't they? so 100% more power then that takes 60% power out the wind which means 300% more would be 120% of the winds power, and that would be an overunity claim.

mathematical I have to agree ,
the wind mills convert,average,in the 30% range(Betz-Limit:59%)!

This "+300%" are from the P.M.-magazin-article,
recitating "Messungen ergaben eine Steigerung der Energieausbeute um 300 Prozent",
we do not know their (P.M.)basic number !

YEER.org-Thomas Schneider comment(Hamburg,den 4.Sept.1997):
"Die in dem PM-Text genannte "Steigerung der Energieausbeute um 300 Prozent"
bezieht sich (leider) nicht auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik.sondern auf Referenzwerte,die die beiden Nachwuchsforscher in einem wohl aelteren ungarischen
Lehrbuch gefunden haben."
