Once the string untwists, this stops moving
I was fixing a shower-rod, slipped and hit my head on the sink. When i came to, that's when i had the idea for the "Flux Capacitor", Which makes Perpetual Motion possible.

He has clarified several questions.  Even if the string is initially wound,  the wheel has to rotate at high speed in the beginning and then slowdown  since he has used diamagnetic plates on the wheel  which will not experience much dragging force from the bottom magnets.   But as seen in the video,  the wheel is moving in almost constant speed.  Had he used hair drier,  the candles which he has later put on the magnets would have waved in air.
