I have the highest respect for the work from Graham,but the others are right:
If he uses a DC power supply with 296 Volts and 0.08 Amps DC input that are just
23,68 Watts, so if only around 10 Watts are coming out that is still under 50 % efficiency...
So where is the trick...
Also at least a block diagram would be good to have to see actually how it is all connected together...
