individual car traffic free cities up 2030 !?

When we get 30 Km/h max. City-traffic in future it will be cheaper and more ecological to invest in
"public ebus-share"  !
Comparing ebikes/etrikes their power consume with electric sightseeing busses ( alibaba) up to 17 seats and these ebusses their edrive it will be easier to transform these  to 150 Wh/100 km range consumer,
on the tect solarcells installable for permanent daily drive in solar zones  !
150 Wh/100 Km = 1,5 Wh/Km / 17 passengers( seats) ~ 0,1 Wh per passenger/kilometer  !

Actually conventional ebus equipment - power drive- 3-15 KW motor the last number to compare with " VW NILS" concept design from 2011 for urban individual  traffic !
( Also this VW to 150 Wh/100 Km convertable ! )

With solarcells : NegaWatt-ebus
When the average conventional ebus fob factory costs 7500 Euros the converted low-e urban transporter will be in the 8750 Euros range ,without solar cells installed !

Share-price 500 Euros prr seat/passenger is more attractive for many low use and/or low income zones public transport user !
Later also driver-free technology installable !

With lower vehicle prices the circuit time by the ebus-station can become forced/lowered  :from 30/20 minutes frequency to 10/5 minutes ebus circuit wait time max. !

"public e-bus",low-e cabin bike/trike ,4wheel cabin bikes( as 1/2/3/4 seater)  are solution for max.25% from all trafficants !
Actually personal view !
But 30 Km/h max. by law in the Cities and under permanent observation ( the EU ecall-system obligation for traffic vehicles) and velocity controle let change the people mind  !

Sir Sinclair : C5 to X-1 : why not instead a fixed ( hard top) an inflatable translucent cabin,which saves against wind/ rain/dirt ? Or from " Trockenhaube" to an inflatable overall /suit ?
