We should understand the difference between people gaslighting others to manipulate them and a sincere belief with honest intentions. For example many televangelists claim to believe in god yet often violate everything the belief stands for. They say one thing yet continually do the opposite proving there liars. However there are also good honest people who actually make an effort to follow there beliefs outside the context of power and greed.

The fact remains that nobody can claim to care about others and want to help them then continually gaslight and dehumanize others every chance they get...it simply does not hold water, it's a lie.
