No offense, but even though I am critical of EMJ like many others you seem to have jumped headfirst off the deep end into a pool with no water. Do you not have more constructive ways to spend your time because this is kind of absurd.

There is a ground problem in the schematic you have recently supplied on one of your moderated threads and that is, you have crossed grounds!  According to the wiring pic you have posted on your forum as shown below, the scope grounds are connected to the positive terminal of your 'lytic cap and the signal generator ground is connected to the negative terminal of said cap.  If you are not floating your power supply, sig gen, and scope, your resultant measurements could be all over the place!

All over the place is a polite term. In fact if the ground is floating or at lower voltages cross coupled or making a series connection within the circuit it means little if nothing. First, we need to know exactly what it is were measuring, then determining were measuring it correctly and then verifying the measure is correct. It's not as simple as many think it is and if HF or HV are involved it gets that much harder to determine what's actually happening.
