Look for the "Nearly Zero/Net Zero/Zero energy building'- programs worldwide and the KWh/sqm living area primary energy limitation !

new construction and old buildings energetic renovation to ' ecological low/no carbon standart'

When the house investor would have to pay 10. /20. /30. 000 US$ for lower R-value  house insulation and they can get with waterfuel gensets the same/better ecological results,but for 2.500 to 5000 US$, then by comparison they see their advantage in savings and lower investment risc !

Beside lower heating/cooling costs also an electricity delivering source for kitchen and living comfort appliances !

If not selling possbility you have to explore a " waterfuel system renting/lease"-concept !

I'm just going to talk about the racism at the bank I use to bank at. After a lengthy phone call, going over all financials, we agree on the loan type and amount and all I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork. When I got to the bank and they saw me I wasn't even offered a seat and just immediately shown the door. This happened several times at this bank and I just got tired of it all. Why should I put my money in a place that treats me so poorly? I think the bank is almost black free now as I am not the only one they did this to.


America was founded on racism and it's laws and very constitution uphold the practice, even it's national anthem is a celebration of their forefathers putting down my forefathers fighting for their freedom. Christianity in all of it's many forms is a racist organization and this nation is a Christian nation is it not? It's 13th Amendment to the constitution makes it very clear slavery never ended in this country as all that really took place was the practice was put under new ownership as it's now owned by the States and Federal Government.


Part of waking up to the truth is recognizing these things for what they are as it is what it is. The first time I left the USA I noticed that I was being mistreated in America but didn't know it because for me that's the way things had always been so how could I see it unless I left the USA? When I would go into a store shopping outside of the USA I would be greeted at the door and ask, "How may we help you?" in the USA I was use to having someone follow me around making sure I didn't steal anything and to get help I had to chase someone down most of the time, but again for me before I left that was normal.


You see the propaganda they push does wear off if you aren't constantly bombarded with it on a daily basis and it took about two months for it to fully wear off of me. Once my eyes were opened there was no unlearning what I saw. Seeing America from the outside when you lived in it your whole life is an eye opener.


My father and I went to see "Malcolm X" and the racist movie theater stole from Spike Lee as my father ask me to look at the ticket and when I did I saw it was not for the movie we were about to see. And I asked the person why didn't the ticket say what we paid for and without skipping a beat they told me, "Oh, it's okay you can still go in and watch the movie."


Now they are making a sport out of shooting and killing us in the streets and when they Lynch us now those Lynchings are immediately called suicides. America is simply not a good place to be a Negro.
