In brief I will describe that device right here.

Simplified example.

A device like unto a see saw or a teeter-totter,
                 BUT ONLY IN THAT IT INVOLVES
                                   two weights
                                        and
                        two lengths of displacement.

                            Unlike a sea saw, 
             The BIG kid sits on the LONG END,
                                  while the
             SMALLER kid sits on the SHORT END.

                                 THE RATIOS
                                  are as follows.
           The big kid at  115  pounds,  is raised   43    inches
                                           by the
           The smaller kid at 105 pounds, falling 22 inches.
                115 x 43 = 4830
                105 x 33 = 2310
                                4830 to 2310   or  2.14 to 1
                     with some variations of the parameters
                          I have reached a ratio of 3 to 1.

                                Sound like over unity ?
I can tell you now that its not.  At least not until one more simple process is
performed as part of that then O.U. operation.

OPEN SOURCE ]BIG] PROBLEM

We hear a lot about "open source" energy projects; and I agree, on it's face it sounds
great but there are several huge problems with the concept and it's execution.

The first problem is the proverbal "PROVE IT" scenario - one case in point is the RUSLAN
scenario. After publishing some 40+ videos, many showing the device operating as a
free-standing, self operating, generator in an open field, that simply is not enough to
satisfy the "prove it" crowd. As such, the "burning hair crowd" carries on to this day.

Nick's constant complaining about the device and his inability to "make one work - I
copied the windings and schematics exactly" but it just won't work - and his "no one
is going to tell me what works, how it might be trouble-shot, etc. or anything remotely
geared to helping make it work. This is not development nor is it productive in the
least. Never mind the "if you keep pursueing your alternate theory" we'll ban you.

The next, and bigger, problem is if you present a convincing "proof-of-concept" using
an industry proven and accepted method of CAE analysis, including simulations and
data, it's just not good enough for the typical board guru's. They will fight tooth and
nail with some of the stupidest arguments known to man that it doesn't work. While
demanding a "Youtube Video Proof" --- which takes us back to the First Poblem!

So, it's a nowhere game that degrades the entire purpose of a discussion forum.

THE ONLY WAY TO WIN THIS GAME IS NOT TO PLAY...  IMHO

And the only real proof is 10+ years and millions of posts and still nothing!

Prove me wrong...

The only instances of "moderation " have been terms of service violations
Example taking over someone else's topic when asked to start your own ..( many many times )
And that was a complaint from person who's topic was overloaded with your posts..


Suffice to say you never started a dedicated topic
And your contributions are mixed all throughout two
Open source forums..


Regarding open source working or not ?
From my perspective..planet has open source
At its roots ..
I have never paid for a breathe of air or a drop of rain
Or one single ray of sunshine ...
"It is the way"


I am hopeful the very near future will add FE to the list
It is after all ... quite true ..we swim through a see of
Energy
Literally existing in a lightening storm in slow motion ..
I know you must have reasons for not starting a dedicated topic

Also I believe Alien Grey or Vasik or ?
Took issue on the other open source forum
With dropping info into their topics
They Closed it down or removed off topic posts
In a moderated board( terms of service again)
That was years ago ...
Not looking to go over all of that again...
Yeah it does get dicey on forums at times
However
The work never stops..
And the goal is always to get a running "hand fed"
FE tech out to the world

Actually, I wasn't looking for reasons or excuses.

Trying to find a SOLUTION to this circulating "Open Source" problem: 

- the "First Problem" and

_ the "Second, and Bigger Problem"

Hopefully you can appreciate why I seek a solution, or work-around. Otherwise it
just keeps going round and round, round and round; till we all get dizzy and fall off!

This is a very basic, and real, problem here...

I brought up the "Test Set" and "Water Fuel" example to highlight how we used to
approach claims, analyze them, and certainly learn from the analysis and discussion.
