Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Iron, being the active element here,

A similar device was made by encapsulating an iron ball in layers of Kapton

Not sure I understand the mechanism of interfacing on the atomic level.

None of my test materials can 'get close enough to' the iron to have any effect.

What did your tests comprise of?
I was fixing a shower-rod, slipped and hit my head on the sink. When i came to, that's when i had the idea for the "Flux Capacitor", Which makes Perpetual Motion possible.

According to the report:

1.9MJ was spent to produce 1.3MJ
Meaning 0.6MJ were lost in the fusion process.

They claim that only a fraction of the 1.9 was 'used'
and the rest is waste/loss
But hasn't that always been the issue?

Yes you mention it.

The power needed to suspend the sample
And and energy in the laser that does not hit the sample

Those 2 things add up to more than what is gained.

Therefore there is still a loss of energy
