No nothing like that... Consider it done! I can animate anything, but first I was trying to aid you in design complications. If thats the design, I can draw it, but I know it's not a practicle concept. Have you built one yet, or are you planning to build this design later?

When you do build it let me know and I'll show you a way to determine how much more efficient or inefficient it is compared to an empty fly wheel. I promise and guarantee the empty flywheel will be more efficient. Loss is loss, and you've added a lot of it.
