Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

On my browser it is a clock on the upper right hand corner of the page . Above it is a menu bar that says Time   to the right of that is a  -  button , click it.
FireFox browser with adblock plug in is the best way to deal with these types of things .

V= volts and I=currect  are in need of balance according to Cell design , if V = 12 and I = 30  the output is not the same as V36 / I10 . This comes down to Cell design and how the E=electric field flows though the medium.
We have to look at things like V over D=Distance  how far can DCV120 carry as apposed to DCV12 through a medium. So now we have to ask what is the medium and what are its properties.

The medium here does not matter in the calculation the only thing that does is R= resistance (OHMS) we find the R value by checking with our OHMS meter . Ok so when check the electrolyte you need a D frame of reference  which is the D between the plates to start with. I like to take the measurements at full cell length , half cell and  between one plate to another. With these I setup points of location. Now we have to look at the plates them selfs and take  your OHMS reading on each side of the plate .

Connecting probe 1 to plate side A and Probe 2 to plate side B. You now have the R factor of one plate. This is how people came up with the V2.0 per plate factor and anything else burning off as heat, this is true , but there is much much more to this .
We have to understand this is an electromagnetic device with a magnetic field.

So with this established magnetic field we are trying  to pull positive and negative
chargers apart and what do we need to make a big stronge magnetic field. We need  amps.

...................................................................................................
You dont have to do all of this . you can just use a process of elimination
putting all kinds of V/I settings to the Cell and calculate the output . But this will help you to understand what is going on at the electromagnetic level of your cell.

There is one thing process of elimination will not show you or you will not see with the eye and that is Cell Plate Electric  Shorting. This is when the E is to high for the D/R
you get a tiny focused area of E flow passing from plate to plate using just a pinhead of its surface area.

SORRY I AM TALKING TO LIKE 5 PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME  , BB SOON
