Aarons new cell  at YouTube "Hydrogen Tap (Cell Production Answers) 110"
Looks just like the inside of a "Magdrive" to me. Also it appears that with out the sides closed in the voltage leak will be massive.

Yup you did , The NS-T cell is based on build and avalanche  , Like a capacitor .
It must be pulsed, it must be choked  , it must use a diode circuit  and it must be built right. Pulse is one thing resonance of the vassal is another.

you are going to need a gen that can sweep in real time. Better yet I am going to write you an email on  how this thing goes . You will ether hit it or not there is no in between on this type of a cell. NS-T

Give me a couple days or so and PM me your email . I would have much rather you started out like everyone else. The problem is that much  of what I will put together for you you are not going to understand  so this means I have to spend alot of time trying to teach it to you  outside of the class.

I used spring water for charging at 12V followed by 24V and 36V. Then I added KOH to increase the conductivity and production. I also attached one 10000uF 50V polarised capacitor parallel to the batterties. I don't know wether it is useful or not but I forgot to  take it away after batterties charging. I will try again to see the difference between the presence and absence of this capacitor later. 

I did once today and the capacitor couldn't help in the amount of HHO production.

Yeah there is no capacitor in this cell. A cap would not help in this cell.

The cell that  "kokomoj0" is talking about is a different type where the cell itself is a capacitor.
