Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

@ZFF
Have you tried to "rough up" the plates on both sides with vertical scratches
or do they still have the brushed finish on them?

Dan

If you've been following my brief video series you'd know. They are deeply and well sanded vertical with 36 grit.

Check to see if you have even resistance between the cells. It's a pretty good build so it should be quite even. If not dump that baking soda stuff and try again. I don't like using baking soda, go down to the old grocery store and pick up some lye. Well if they sell it in your area anymore.

The reason why you have small bubbles on the outside and bigger ones in the middle is because of the field you are creating..surface tention..resistance in you cell. You have a stronger field on the outsides and a weaker one in the middle. The more voltage to have on the cell the greater the field will be. Think about it....voltage...metal plates....equals.........

Also how did you add the soda to the cell?

It?s easier to be forgiven than it is to get permission....

Put the neg on the volt meter onto the Neg middle electrode. Take the Positive starting at the far end and touch and record each voltage from the outside in....
what are the results?

umm not this way.....
0/1 = 3.6v
1/2 = 3.8v
2/3 = 3.9v
3/4 = 4.2v
4/5 = 4.6v
5/6 = 5.5v
6/7 = 6.3v
7/8 = 8.5v
8/9 = 8.0v

This way Left row pos / right row neg....
1/1 should be 48v
1/2 =
1/3 =
1/4 =
1/5 =
1/6 =
1/7 =
1/8 =
1/9 =

I will look for lye but I'm making no promises,

re: voltages, just add. They add up to 48 which is what I put in. Since they divide across the cells at all, albeit unevenly, there is resistance. Simple series resistance circuit.

All I did to add the baking soda was take off power, stir it into the electrolyte tank outside the plate cavity, swish it around good to let it wash into the plate cavity and reapply voltage.

Also tried connecting it to my intake manifold vacuum this morning. That was almost a big mistake. The long sides of the tank buckled inward. My top cover needs a ridge of acrylic that centers it to the tank like a cookie jar lid before I tyr that again.  :-\

ZFF, if you have it sealed up that good, you might consider a bleed off valve, that you can just crack open to allow a minute amount of outside air in, so it doesn't fracture your cell housing. another option, build it out of heavier acrylic... like 3/8".

just babbling...
