Politician A started the conversation. ?I believe you all received multiple emails from Tseung et al. Many of you studied the Lee-Tseung patent information and the hundreds of Tseung posts in the Steorn Forum. A few of you actually went to Beijing and saw the Wang Shum Ho Generator. We would like to discuss possible International Cooperation this time.?

Politician B: ?Initially, we could not believe it. How could the Law of Conservation of Energy be overthrown by two retirees! We got our top academics to give us a written report. They repeated the Wang, the Forever Yuen and the Sun et al experiments. They examined the Nanjing Flying Saucer Video. The report was extremely positive. We are allocating resources to research more.?

Politician C: ?I talked to Tseung. He believed the Chinese Government already set up a company and injected RMB$13 billion as seed money. Wang Shum Ho is one of the nine vice presidents. He, Lee and a number of others will go to Beijing in the coming weeks.?

Politician A: ?I know that. A TV network and a major bank from our side visited Wang and filmed all details. Some top professors from our most respected universities were there. They said that it was not a hoax. We actually reproduced the Wang device in our laboratory except the output is lower. The 225HP Pulse Motor is made in our country.?

Politician B: ?Are we supposed to get a gift from China or the United Nations. That gift is supposed to be a Wang 5KW Generator??

Politician A: ?You may get something even better. You must know the Pulse Motor if you read the Tseung posts. China may be allocating RMB$13 billion on such research. This is a tiny sum compared with what we shall pour in.?

Politician C: ?Will there be International Cooperation on the Flying Saucer as well??

Politician A: ?No Comments.?

Politician B: ?The Forever Yuen article and the Wini Woo et al patent gave such clear theoretical and experimental guidelines that almost any top engineering establishment can reproduce the Magneto Propulsion Unit. The Nanjing video on youtube is very convincing. I am sure Politician A is keeping his mouth shut on Area 51 activities.?

Politician C: ?I can invite Tseung and Lee to give us a talk. I half expect he will fly in on a Flying Saucer.?

The following is a mock interview with a reporter.  The participants included Lee Cheung Kin, Lawrence Tseung, Wang Shum Ho, Peter Chan, Forever Yuen and Sun Fok Kun.

Reporter: "I have read the theory and seen the demonstrations.  The most impressive and conclusive demonstration to me is the disassembly and reassembly of the Wang device.  The moment it rotated after reassembly, I became a total convert.  I would like to report this importent event for the World."

Forever: "How about my experiments using magnetic pendulums?  They clearly showed that we could change the effective gravitational constant G.  G now could be zero which meant that an object could float in space.  G could also be negative which meant that an object could defy gravity and rise in space."

Reporter: "That was pure mathematics.  I also like your article on Flying Saucers.  However, the average reader wants to see actual machines."

Wang smiled: "It took me over 40 years to produce the machine.  However, I appreciate the help from Lee and Tseung.  Their theory and posts on the Internet helped greatly in the acceptance of my machine in China."

Lee: "Without your machine rotating in front of the Officials on January 15, 2007, you will not be a vice president of a RMB$13 billion Company today.  Do not forget us when the Company goes IPO and you become one of the richest person in the World."

Wang: "This is the reason for this interview.  I want to let the World know that I shall never forget you two.  I have arranged for you two to visit my Company in Beijing; meet the Officials and stay in my 700 square meter villa."

Tseung: "Remember that you must not give a single dollar to me.  You should donate at your discretion to the 'Helping the Seedlings to Innovate Foundation'. I am following the advice of the wise monk - ignore personal wealth, fame, ego etc. and focus on benefiting the World."

Peter: "Tseung is in a privileged position of not worrying about income.  We have mortgages to pay, children to raise and money is important.  We need money to do further research."

Sun: "I totally agree with Peter.  I have spent much of my own resources in the last few months on the Over Unity Research.  I am addicted.  My wife claimed that I murmured OU in my sleep.  We need investment and income."

Reporter: "This will be a great story.  My readers will love to see how you divide the huge wealth.  Tseung has expressed his conviction that he will not get a single dollar for himself.  The others think differently."

Wang: "Lee, Tseung and I made an agreement when we first met.  The understanding at that time was - the sum of RMB100 million for each of us would be sufficient for us.  I am confident that could be met when the Company goes IPO."

Forever: "My goal is very modest.  I just want to have enough money to go through University."

Tseung laughed. "I can help you to fullfill that wish even if the Company does not go IPO.  You are my god grand-daughter and my last student.  Peter and Sun, you are young and are the very few who experimented with this technology at its infancy.  Your names and prototypes are known on the Internet.  Investment will come to you."

Reporter: "I shall include all these with the photo of the rotating Wang device on the actual Press Release.  Are you aware of the Steorn demonstration from July 5 to July 15 in London?"

Tseung smiled. "I participated in their forum for the last few months.  I also used the username Ltseung888.  You can dick up some juicy stories from there.  The most interesting thread on the Steorn.com/forum is "Using the OU devices to Benefit the World."

Hello, Tseung,

You obviously don?t know me. My name is Hugo Pinto. I could introduce myself as a small Portuguese IT entrepreneur, which I am, but I reach for you mostly as a technologically-oriented curious and enthusiast. And it is obviously about you Wang / Lead-out  presentations that I do so. 

I downloaded your presentations  at the energyfromair site. Needless to say, my enthusiasm about them could only be matched by my own, cautious, skepticism. As a engineering-educated person, I have to test things for myself. Should you main ?Lead Out? assumptions be right, it should be surprisingly simple to achieve a prototypal mechanical engine. Therefore, this main assumption must be testable (and I believe it easily is), and from there on, a commercial applicability study carried out. I was particularly curious about the presentation and photographs of the Wang generator. Do you  have any quality videos of the device working? Any extra information you can disclose?

Now, my questions to you are the obvious ones: what are your main motivations in pursuing and disclosing this information? Have you patented some device based on it (as you cannot patent a physical principle per se)? Do you plan to? My interest in this is obviously due to my interest in replicating and applying your discoveries in further research. I profoundly respect Intellectual Property (as I work and created an IPR company myself), but am also obviously interested in exploring this knowledge in such a way that more that commercial, true social goals can be obtained worldwide.

Should you intentions be honest and good (that is: not a scam?), I wholeheartly thank you for your presentations disclosure and eagerly wait any comments you may have on my questions.

Welcome to the Overunity forum.  I prefer not to answer private emails individually.  My email accounts have been tempered with - emails got deleted or modified.  People received 'my email' that I never sent.

For additional background information, please read the over 500 posts in the http://www.steorn.com/forum.  Search for username ltseung888 or the thread "Using the OU devices to benefit the World".

Since that forum is now closed to new comers, please use this overunity forum for new comments.  I uploaded WangDev.Zip onto this forum.  It contained two files.  The first one is rotation with the ferro-liquid.  The other is the rotation with ferro-liquid+ permanent magnets.  These two files were recorded when the Chinese Officials assembled and reassembled the Wang device on January 15, 2007.

Conversation with Sun et al

Review Progress and Define Coming Action Plans.  Participants are Peter Chan, Forever Yuen, Lawrence Tseung and Sun.

Sun started the conversation.  ?We all knew the failed demonstration by Steorn in London.  We want to learn that lesson and never repeat the same mistake again.  What do you think is their problem??

Forever giggled. ?They did not have the right theory to guide them.  They introduced concepts such as magnetic lag, magnetic viscosity etc.  They still thought that they violated the Law of Conservation of Energy.  They might have accidentally stumbled on a resonance prototype.  When they tried to transfer such a prototype into one with different material, they could no longer achieve resonance.?

Chan: ?This is a very clever speculation.  We would avoid the same problem by having dozens of prototypes to various academic and government institutions before the Public Display.  We planned to provide both theory and experiment.  We intend to sell DIY platform toys.  We would have sent out hundreds of VCDs showing successful operations.?

Tseung: ?Well said.  What are your next moves??

Sun: ?We need a stable funding source.  We need good measuring tools and equipment.  We are working not only on the Minato Wheel but also the Pulse Motor.  The initial success is encouraging but we are still far from our goal of mass producing an over unity platform toy.?

Tseung: ?We helped to promote the Wang device.  Wang demonstrated in front of 5 Chinese Officials on January 15, 2007.  He received funding five months later.  If you can produce a perpetual rotating toy, I believe you will also receive funding within a few months.  If Steorn succeeded, you might just be labeled as one of the thousands of copycats.  Now, it is your chance to shine.?
