Forever: ?The Lee-Tseung Lead Out theory has been out since July 2006.  Many top academics and scientists have seen it.  The ?boat in calm water and good sunshine? scenario has been accepted.   Tseung sent email to all Nations via their email addresses at the United Nations Website. Steorn did not perform their demonstration in London.  The device appeared to be similar to the Minato permanent magnet wheel.  Wang demonstrated his device on January 15, 2007 and is now vice president of a RMB 130 billion Company in Beijing.  Sun et al did some interesting prototypes but their prototypes will not run forever.  Have I missed out anything??

Tseung patted her shoulder more. ?I am glad and proud that you are my last student. Let us begin listing the various promotional strategies for Hong Kong.  I shall start with ? Circulate the information to the Student Population during their summer vacations.?

Forever and Tseung did the following list:
1.   Email the academic community ? Nine Universities in Hong Kong.
2.   Email the Innovation Societies ? Main one is Hong Kong Inventor Association.
3.   Email all the Legislative Council Members ? Let them know that Hong Kong can become the most Innovative City in the World.
4.   Email all Heads of Department of Hong Kong ? The Cosmic Energy Machines will affect the operation of almost every Department.
5.   Write a special article on the Flying Saucer and its potential impact on Hong Kong, China and the World.  Hong Kong Citizens love dramatic information - the more outrageous, the better. 
6.   Circulate the information to the Student Population ? massive email promotion.
7.   Contact the News Media ? with or without the working prototypes.
8.   Get Wang and his prototype generator to exhibit in Hong Kong.
9.   Get international over unity developers and their inventions to Hong Kong.
10.   Get Chinese officials to come to Hong Kong on the actual Press Release.
11.   Invite the potential investors and business elites to see the prototypes.
12.   Invite the popular stars to help to create the celebration spirit.

The next step is the more detailed analysis.

1. We expect the reaction from the academic community to be caution.  However, there is no way they can dispute the ?boat in calm water and good sunshine? scenario.  They may not openly support it but they cannot be seen to oppose it.  They will ask for working prototypes for validation.  We shall ask them for written statements on the theory first.

2.The Hong Kong Inventor Association has been supportive since our initial announcement in December 2004. Many members have contributed time and energy in building prototypes.

3.Many Legislative Council Members in Hong Kong have openly said that Hong Kong must become an innovative society. Hong Kong can lead China and even the world. If a tiny place like Hong Kong can beat Japan, Russia, Europe and USA, the citizens of Hong Kong will be extremely proud. The amount of money that could be generated would exceed almost all expectations.

4. The new chief executive of Hong Kong, Mr. Donald Tsang, was educated in the same secondary school as Lawrence Tseung ( Wah Yan College). That secondary school is well- known for its academic excellence. The alumni will throw in its support. The introduction of model farms, model villages and model cities will provide excellent opportunities for the Hong Kong civil servants to shine.

5. With the Flying Saucer, the Hong Kong citizens can travel anywhere including outer space. They may not want it for military purposes. However, this technology is so intriguing that it will motivate almost every Hong Kong citizen. Forever joked that she can fly to the moon if she quarrels with her mum.

6.This is the summer vacation time for the Hong Kong Students; this will give them something to talk about on MSN, ICQ or simple Email. They can tell their parents that they are doing something very useful with the expensive, latest model computers. It would be the good excuse to buy the new Iphones.

7. Educate the news media first without the prototypes. The theory will take sometime to digest. Without a thorough understanding of the theory, the news articles will not make much sense. We expect the international news networks will consult the Hong Kong news articles. It will be a chance for the Hong Kong news workers to make their own headlines. With the prototypes in the second wave, the Hong Kong news workers will make even bigger headlines.

8. In a telephone conversation with Wang , Wang joked ? I demonstrated my device in China and got a 7 thousands square foot villa, a vice president post and stock. What are you offering me?? Forever said ? Fame and International Glory. ?

9. Many international Over Unity developers have working prototypes but were not accepted by their local patent offices. Some of them are even rejected by their friends and their families. They will welcome an opportunity to shine in Hong Kong. Examples are Milkovic of Russia, Joseph Newman of USA, Minato of Japan and Chas Campbell of Australia etc.

10.The Chinese officials have shone brilliantly in their support of Cosmic Energy Machines and Flying Saucers in China. China now has a chance to demonstrate its technical superiority and creativity. China will not be a copycat in this leading edge technology.

11. Even though Wang does not need any more investment now, there are others such as Sun et al, Peter Chan, Forever Yuen etc. who will appreciate the injection of money. This new venture capital investment opportunity could provide unprecedented wealth to Hong Kong. The investors can help to define what are modern wealth or meaningful economic activities.

12. The popular stars have participated positively in promoting Hong Kong. This is another good opportunity for them. Forever said, ? They are much more good looking than the old Lee and Tseung.?

On the Promotional Strategy of Cosmic Energy Machines to Hong Kong. (Second Part ? what are the potential negative impacts?)

Tseung: ?Forever, let us continue the brainstorming on the negative impacts if we introduce the Cosmic Energy Machines to Hong Kong today.  We can use the twelve points raised yesterday?

Forever smiled.  ?I thought you were asking me to send out the emails today.  That would be action before completion of analysis.  Let us discuss the twelve points again.?

1.   Email the academic community in Hong Kong today.  They will ask for working prototypes for validation.  Tsing Hua University in Beijing is unusual.  It is a chosen University to evaluate the many Perpetual Motion Machine claims.  It has been working on an electricity power magnifier for over 11 years.  That magnifier could magnify input power 30 times. (Chas Campbell of Australia claimed that he could magnify input power 10 times.)  The Lee-Tseung theory explains the workings as extraction of gravitational energy via pulsing wheel in three stages.  The Universities in Hong Kong do not have such background.  They can only discuss the ?boat in calm water and good sunshine? scenario.  The Professors will be reluctant to risk their reputation on such evidence alone.

2.   Email the Innovation Societies today.  The Innovation Societies in Hong Kong already know about the Lee-Tseung theory.  The first exposure was in December 2004.  It is almost two and a half years.  Any Email will just be an update process with negligible impact.

3.   Few Legislative Council Members in Hong Kong have the scientific background to evaluate the technology themselves.  The most probable action is to consult the academics in Hong Kong.  The best reaction may be ? we shall study the information.  No public support at this time is likely.

4.   Email all Heads of Department of Hong Kong.  Without a working prototype validated by the top academics, no Government Officials will dare to support the Cosmic Energy Machine Projects.  They have to be conservative.  They have nothing to gain in taking risks.

5.   Write a special article on the Flying Saucer and its potential impact on Hong Kong, China and the World.  Many Hong Kong Citizens will take this as entertainment only.  They will not try to understand the theory and the engineering aspects. 

6.   This is the summer vacation time for the Hong Kong Students.  They will talk about it via the Internet.  Some of them may even do the Four-Legged Stool experiment, the Forever Yuen Magnetic Pendulum experiment or even the Sun et al experiments.  It is unlikely that they will hit on a resonance configuration that can rotate for hours.  (They will definitely achieve configurations that can rotate for minutes.)

7.   Educate the news media first without the prototypes.  The news media is very short-fused.  They are only interested in the Headlines for tomorrow.  If there is no picture of a working device, they are not interested.

8.   It is doubtful whether Wang will be allowed by his new Company to bring his prototype (by now, the Company?s) to Hong Kong.  The new Company is likely to manage the Publicity for its own interest.  We should call Wang to get the full picture before committing.

9.   What can you offer the International Over Unity Developers such as Milkovic of Russia, Joseph Newman of USA, Minato of Japan and Chas Campbell of Australia etc.?  Can you make the similar Wang Offer ? RMB$100 million + Villa + stock + vice President position?  They may be willing to send you their latest video.  That is the best you can hope for.

10.   Get Chinese officials to come to Hong Kong on the actual Press Release.  What can you offer them?  They are already in very comfortable positions.  They just need to wait for the RMB13 billion Company to go IPO.  They will shine.  Why should they come prematurely to Hong Kong?

11.    They can make good returns in the booming Property and Stock market in Hong Kong and China today. 

12.   Forget the popular stars.  They seek money and fame.  You need to pay at least a six-figure sum for each appearance of a top star.  Money talks in the Entertainment Industry.

Evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of promoting the Cosmic Energy Machine theory in Hong Kong at this moment.

Tseung put his hand on the shoulder of Forever. ?Forever, it is decision time.  You have to decide whether to act now.  If so, what are the exact actions??

Forever: ?If all we do is to send out emails, what harm could that do to the project and to our own credibility?  The most likely thing they would do is to delete the Email. We would have wasted sometime to prepare and send the emails.?

1. Sending Emails to academics in Hong Kong.
There is no harm in sharing information; some of them have received Emails previously. This is just an update.

2. Sending Emails to the Innovation Society of Hong Kong
Almost all of them have receive our information since December 2004, they would not mind receiving an update.

3. Sending Emails to Legislative Council Members in Hong Kong
As representative of Hong Kong, they should know about the latest and greatest. We do not expect them to take any action at this moment.

4. Sending Emails all Heads of Department of Hong Kong
As those responsible for making decision for Hong Kong, they should know about the latest and greatest. We do not expect them to take any action at this moment.

5. Wring an article on flying saucer
It would be a great challenge for Forever. I am sure she will do well on it.

6.Email to Students in their summer vacation
The students are in their learning mood, any new ideas can excite them. They will try to find the solution by themselves. It will help Hong Kong become the innovative society.

7. Educate the news media first without the prototypes
Most of the major newspaper in Hong Kong have written articles on Lee and Tseung related to the Cosmic Energy Machines. This is a good update especially after the Steorn Demonstration failure in London. We know they will be more exited when the prototypes are available. Even they do not publish any articles now, it does not matter.

8. Wang to bring his prototype to Hong Kong
This will require skillful negotiation with Wang and his company. We have to produce a win-win situation. It would be a good learning opportunity for Forever.

9. Invite the international Cosmic Energy Machine Developers 
We are in contact with some of them via Email. We have to create win-win scenarios.
One example on the China side is their support of the Wang device. If these international developers can bring working devices to Hong Kong and China, they might be offered similar treatment.

10. Get Chinese officials to come to Hong Kong on the actual Press Release
They have seen the Wang device and other working Cosmic Energy Machine in China. They have provided support for these developers. It will be a good opportunity for them to tell these stories. They will shine in front of international news media.

11. Contact potential investors in Hong Kong
Investors in Hong Kong are always quick to identify investment opportunities. They are the first one to invest in China before anybody else. Even if they do not invest now, they would not mind clapping their hands in front of the Chinese officials.

13.   Invite popular stars to participate
These are very serious inventions; there is no need to entertain the audience at this moment in time.

Steorn gave the explanation of the failed demonstration as bearing failures:  FIVE bearing failures from three units when transferred to the final Demo unit.

Can we believe such an explanation?

Wang met similar experience with his device early on.  Once the axle starts to spin, the spinning can keep accelerating. (Remember his four-legged stool experiment?)  The generated output energy has nowhere to go and built up as heat.  That could easily crack the bearings.  Thus bearing failures are possible explanations.

Wang's device has three solutions on this:

(1) He used another of his inventions - heat resistant bearings.  The bearing case has slits that allow room for expansion.

(2) He used his double coupling system to limit the maximum rate of rotation.

(3) He drew energy out via the rotating central shaft.

Steorn and other Over Unity developers should not lose heart.  You are making progress but you have not reached the final stage yet.  (If you have, you might get the same treatment as Wang in China.)

*** The obvious follow-up question is: will the Bedini Systems suffer the same fate?  The answer is NO.  The Bedini Systems use the Pulse Coil itself to draw back energy (what Bedini explained as back EMF).  Such a technique limits the rate of rotation; energy is drained out before maximum point (infinity?) is reached.

Tseung: "I learned from the Steorn Forum that the failed demonstration was due to bearing failures.  Five sets of bearings were changed."

Lee: "If that were true, the wheel must have rotated.  Wang mentioned that his device at one time had the same problem.  He invented bearings that could stand high temperature.  He gave one to me as a gift.  I am sure that I still have it."

Tseung smiled happily. "I have more confidence in Wang now.  I would like to borrow that bearing and show its picture on the Internet.  If the Steorn failure were bearing related, I could solve it easily.  I shall inform Sun et al on the new configuration to use."

Lee: "Be careful.  My contacts in the Chinese Military were unhappy with your posts already.  You should never have mentioned the Flying Saucer, Area 51 and Nanjing.  Wang does not have International Patent protection.  Your posts might jeopardize his financial interests."

Tseung laughed.  "I spoke to Wang last night.  He is content with his financial situation.  Remember, we all said that RMB$100 million each would be more than enough for us.  He expects his stock will be worth at least 10 times that when the Company goes IPO.  i do not need any more money myself.  All income to me will go to the 'Helping Seedlings to Innovate' Foundation."

Lee signed. "Money still appeals to me.  I still look forward to counting my pile of one thousand dollar bills."
