Since Steorn is having obvious problems, I am posting more in http://www.overunity.com.

Lee Cheung Kin and I are both old and retired.  We have given our patent rights to the Chinese Government and People.  Wang Shum Ho is still young (in 50s) and has been appointed vice president of a RMB$13 billion Company.  The translated name of the Company is General Magnetics 磁æâ,,¢Â®.  It plans to replace the many coal plants with the Cosmic Energy Machines.

Lee Cheung Kin is working with many of his friends who are in the Chinese Military.  Most of that information is confidential.  Thus there will be no newletter or posts from him.  In addition, he does not read or write English.

Thus there is only the informal communication from me to the International Community from time to time.  My purpose is to benefit the World. 

It is probable that General Magnetics may have Press Releases when it is ready.  We all expect it to be a very significant Company in the Energy Industry.

Law of Conservation of Energy CoE

There were much discussion in the Steorn.com/forum on the above.  This has been the roadblock for the Over Unity Inventors.

Rather than repeating the discussion, please read the juicy posts in the Steorn.com/forum.  A good thread is 'CoE - who understands it?'

The roadblock has been removed by the 'boat in calm water and good sunshine' scenario.  Many participants in the Steorn Forum read and understood the scenario.  Some included top professors at both China and at International Universities.

Conversation between Lawrence Tseung and Engineer Sun

Tseung: "Steorn failure is both good and bad for you.  Which side do you want to hear first."

Sun laughed. "Of course the good side."

Tseung smiled: "You have a chance to be the Number One.  If Steorn had succeeded, there would be thousands of copycats.  You would be labeled as one of them."

Sun nodded. "Then what is the bad side?"

Tseung smiled more. "It will be more difficulty for you to get support - technically, financially etc.  The uninformed will point to the Steorn failure as an example.  They will say that you are a scam or a hoax."

Sun laughed. "What is the next step to take?"

Tseung. "You have the setup to do the Steorn experiment.  From the available information, the Steorn device appears to be a rotating Minato wheel with 16 magnets set at 20-30 degree angle.  The stator has one or two magnets.  There are three possible results:
(1) The wheel will not Lead Out enough energy to continue spinning.
(2) The wheel will Lead Out just enough energy to overcome friction, air resistance etc.  It will rotate for hours.
(3) The wheel leads out too much energy.  The excess energy damages the device - cracked bearing in the case of Steorn."

Sun: "You think that the Steorn failure is due to possibility (3).  I am at possibility (1) only.  I shall use angled permanent magnets to see if I can achieve (3).  Burning a couple of bearings will actually boost my confidence.  I know I have to tune for (2) to get the resonance condition.  It will keep our team busy for a few more weeks."

Conversation between Lawrence Tseung and a top USA professor

Professor: "What is the latest and greatest from your work?"

Tseung smiled. "Steorn failed.  I asked Sun et al to repeat the Steorn demo and planned to burn a couple of bearings."

Professor laughed.  "That is the right spirit.  Will Sun also pulse the wheel and extract energy similar to the Bedini set up?"

Tseung: "My suggestion at present is just to reproduce the Steorn demo without any electrical pulsing.  I do not think the Bedini Systems are very efficient theoretically."

Professor laughed more.  "OK, I am ready for more of your unconventional thinking."

Tseung: "The Lee-Tseung theory predicts that more energy can be Lead Out via faster rotation.  The Bedini Systems use the same Pulsing Coil as the Energy Pick up Coil.  This will limit the speed of rotation.  Do I need to say more?"

Professor paused. "You have a good point.  I have heard your presentation on Pulse Motor a dozen times already.  I am happy with your answer.  Let us go swimming."

Hello Mr. Tseung,

I have been following your posts since you jointed the forum. I am proud of your achievement in researching OU energy.

Since I joined the forum a few months ago, I haven't seen many Asian, Chinese to be more specific, here. I think it's because language mainly. Also, many of us are still trying to make financial improvements that don't bother to pay attention to new energy sources.

Anyway, I just want to say hello to you and hope to meet you when opportunity arises.

If you search the China Patent Database for perputual motion machines, you can find at least 50 hits.  Some of them were granted because they could show working prototypes.  (Assuming that you can read and write Chinese).

The dogma of PPM violating the Law of Conservation of Energy is less strong in China than in the West.  They all enjoy the scenario of 'boat in calm water and good sunshine'.  They can smell a chance to lead the World in Leading Edge Technology.

We had some "violent debates" with some Chinese Persons on CoE.  Their jaws almost fell out when they did the Wang four-legged stool experiment.  They refused to believe the Wang videos until a top professor said that he himself assembled and disassembled the device. You should also read the Chao Car news story.  Lee Cheung Kin spent a week driving one of these Cars.  He said that it could not be a hoax or scam.
