Sounds like a good plan.

But thing is i doubt there isnt any group of qualified people in any one area.

But a team of advisors that maybe could independently try to replicate or just debate on individual results or something.

But i doubt it...

Because when someone asks for funding, eg "another couple of million and I'll give you perpetual motion", it is the first thing thats jumped on by the skeptics and rightly so, some of the ones I've seen have all the resource they need yet continue to ask for more.

If you believe you have something, if you believe it works, then sort out your own funding until you prove absolutley conclusively that it works, too many damn promises in this game and no deliveries.

Isn't there anyone out there that would fund some of these projects? What is the sense of inventing them if they cant get funded to be put to use?

 We all might as well give up because most if not all of our inventions have already been invented. We will not be able to get funding and if we did, it would still never make it to the market place. Some may even be killed as many others already have been.
