Well I'm all for giving him a chance,
but I've seen Thrapp's thing come around a few times now
and so far I have not heard of anyone at all who has any such device,
nor have I seen any videos claiming to show it in action, or anything like that.
Which seems odd, if the're "giving away" demo devices.
Then again, the demo devices are "impractical"...
And you only get them "for free" after you've "donated" something,
("suggested" amount $300)...
Surely some people must have sent him $300 and received a free demo
OU device then?? After all, even the famous "Nigerian royalty" scam suckered
thousands of people, so even if this were a scam too there should be people
who gave him money? And, if what Thrapp says is true, they should have
had a real OU device sent to them in return.
So where are they?
Did they have to sign an NDA perhaps? If so, why? Assuming you have
an OU device and want to spread it to the world by receiving donations
to fund your effort, then surely spreading the word as much as possible
and showing the people you can make working devices will be a lot more
productive than keeping everyones lips tightly sealed?
And if your goal really is to help the world by giving it free energy, then
why would you want to control the spread of this technology in the first place?

So I can only see two plausible scenarios: either mr Thrapp does indeed have
some working OU device but wants to control the tech and info for some reason,
while he seems to be claiming to be doing it all for the benefit of mankind,
and this is why nobody comes forward and shows us one of his devices,
which suggests he may be playing the morality card to obtain funds for his own
device manufacture and distribution chain,
or mr Thrapp is scamming people, taking their $300 and a signed NDA in exchange
for some toy and nobody has come forward to reveal this because of the NDA and/or
embarrasment.

But apart from all that logical thinking ,
I would love to see one of these devices or hear from someone who has one,
and hear what we are actually talking about here.
After all, it is not difficult to obtain "impractical" amounts of energy.
It is the "practical" amounts we want.

Of course my scepticism is also fueled partly by the other
companies claiming to have OU devices, who have also been "selling"
them and production is always due to start in a couple of months.
And that date is always moved forward.
Lutec does it, MagneticPowerInc does it, "Gammamanager"/EBM does it,
they all have "working OU devices" and "working prototypes",
they're all "developing improved versions", they're all just months away from
starting production and have been for ages, they all pump out regular
"updates" a.k.a. advertisments, and they're all taking your money right now
if you're willing to give it.
Granted, they may even have OU devices.
But untill I see one, I remain sceptical. Blame me if you want.

Well,
I should have told Mr. Thrapp this already in my interview,
that they should really do it the way,
first to give away something for free and then ask the people
to donate, if their giveaway device plans are usefull and
people can save money through it...

Maybe they should just give away the plans for the heating unit
for free and then , if this works in replications,
we can donate them some money.

If we save lots of money, by paying less
money for the water heating in our homes
we could at least donate the saved energy bills
for one or 3 months to Mr. Thrapp and his
community.

I guess this would be the best solution.

But just asking for donation without getting something
back or only vague description is not the way to go.
There have been too many scams, so Mr. Thrapp, if you read this,
please only first deliver
something for free and then the donations can start coming in..

STEPHAN good idea my electric bill is 300 a month right know    im in   900 bucks    call him   see if he will consider this approach  if so do a poll  lots of members here   Chet
