If there is anything that gives credence to the ideas of overunity and free energy it is the Z-Machine at Sandia National Laboratories.

Please follow these links and discover this amazing, and extraordinarily expensive machine.  This machine provides an output pulse of 290 TERAWATTS, in about 100 nanoseconds.  But the kicker to this story is that it only consumes an amount of power equivalent to power 100 average homes for 2 minutes (the article doesn't specify the supply power specifically.)  But what that does infer is that the power output is far greater than the input.  This is something they very carefully stepped all the way around.  This leads me to assume that the overunity devices are already in use but are deemed to dangerous or classified as a secret.  Another possibility is there are special interests which do not want these devices in the public domain because it would mean a certain end to their profits.

While I am not suggesting that this is the way to build an overunity device, it is certainly one way.

The Wikipedia article states that scientists at Sandia National Laboratories have used this machine to accomplish controlled fusion of deuterium.  Which in the Z-Machines present state is not sustainable, but it could be modified to accomplish this in the future.

I wasn't suggesting that this is a contender for the OU Prize.
More like this is a Frankenstein like freak of nature.  It does,
however, exemplify the concept of a small current can crack
open the flood gates and allow the real forces of nature through.
Sort of like the concept of valves or transistors where a small
current can control a much larger current.

But, it does make lots of cool sparks....

But it could also represent a potential nuclear proliferation problem, because pure fusion weapons could be made if the little fission A-bomb used classically for ignition of H-bombs were replaced by a Z pinch detonator, fed with a compact pulsed power generator fast enough (a disc generator for example).[7]

Again something used by the military to try to make bigger and more deadlky weapons...

They should stop funding something like this.
It is just a waste of taxpayers money.
If they would have fed 60 Millions US$ into real free energy
research we would
already drive today magnetic motor or HHO gas fueled cars...
