The static charge does not like to be scattered around. How can you tap the charge if it's only contained in a cloud? Telsa was a genious no doubt, but even genious changes his mind from time to time. Of course, I understand what you are trying to say, but in order to create depletion you should invest energy. Why do you think this depletion will be filled with a lot more energy than you've invested? Can you create waves on the water if you slap it with your hand of energy higher than what you put into slapping? Well, some guys happen to be able to get more heat from water with their chess-order drilled rotors, but they are doing nothing more than creating implosions (collapsing cavities). This is another example of excess energy not related to earth's magnetic field. I've collected a lot of evidences where implosions produce excessive energy: ranging from atomic bomb to spark gap.

Alecs the lightning charge is the closest that most people can associate with this type of technology. Im not suggesting the charge is in a cloud and that the only place it exist but it does exist there during a storm as well as anywhere else.

No not this energy this is the basis of all the OU devices.  When its done correctly the amount of energy required to create a depletion is nothing compared to the resultantly energy that come back for the correction. Im not saying this is the only type of non conventional electron flow either. Thrapp says there is over over 20 forms.

In the motor guise like the Edin Gray motor his invention produces a depletion of charge which is split into caps and stored. When these charges try to equalize the amount of power is massive on the rebound which is used to power the coils to provide the magnetic field to drive his motor. Likewise with Newman's big motor on yourtube his little stack of 9 volt batteries only provide for the depletion of the static charge biased to another. The resultant energy that comes after to correct this imbalance is massive and its this that is used to power the motor coils and to produce the magnetic force NOT the pp3 batteries. You can see a small magnet dangling on string spinning around on the workshop wall some 10 ft way from the motor to give an idea of the field thats generated.

It only take volts not current to make depletion but the result is volts with amps coming back.

Compiling quotes is a dime a dozen. And this is only your second post with such a long nothing. If you want to really be useful and sincere, go back to the threads where these quotes originated and understand the discussions that were in progress when these quotes were made. Then write us a long synopsis with a psychological profile of the person making them in context. You will realize that 80% of them originated after a progression of discussion from other board members here and not from a statement quoted. The quotes were a progression of our discussions and not the other way around. As if the provider of the quote did not know first hand what to say. The word collector, control coil, etc., was coined by people here, not by the quotee. I have done this exercise and have noticed only one major point, these quotes are bugus and only designed to string people along when the quotes were made in the progression of a discussion done over a year ago on the two main threads. When you read them carefully, when you position them in the physical sense, you will realize there are contradictions there that only an non knowledgeable person making them could make because they do not realize the impact of one quote against the other. lol

Case in point. When the three stack TPU was first suggested on this forum to describe the TPU, this was from forum members. At that time I was totally flabbergasted because there was no f(*kin way in hell that this TPU exhibited any 3 stack function. There was absolutely no tangible proof of this besides the illusions people were seeing in the cut TPU. But wouldn't you know it SM comes in afterwards as gives his other now famous quotes.
