were abouts in the UK are you Alex, im in the midlands.

Hi mark, have you tried making a version of your drawing in a software program?.

Good try, The problem is CF and the extra weight of the scissor, then to reset is will be almost up to the 10 o'clock mark to reset. Now! you will think A hah!  just heavier counter weights. Then you are counter weighting the wheel and what you can get from the stretch is lost. This has been tried many time, and extra added ones like P-motion is suggesting doesn't help much either with the problems. But it was not a bad suggestion either.

Alex and Chad  I am glad you two are close together. This should work out good.
