Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I have just heard that when you heat a lot the alumin could evaporate.

Fugde it ( g rated ), my advice is to use blast welding. Take what ever metals u want mixed together . send them to a good old fashioned usa company, and they will use tnt to make the metals "one" without melting.

I have found 2 websites where I can buy the iron powder and aluminum powder:

Aluminum 99% min
I'm going to ask about the iron

You cannot blast weld with powder, the substance must be solid, there are two companies in penn, usa, that have alot off cut offs from different mixtures of metals, I'm working on it from ur last chem compound post.
