I rarely post, yet read alot. It is unfortunate for me to say, but why must the good threads always turn into pissing contests? The goal is common so let people chose their own paths as unguided as they may seem. With the constant bombardment on peoples educations and experience in my opinion is just a wast of time. If you think someone is on (in your opinon0 the wrong path simply congradulate them on ther efforts, and move on.

This is the exact reason I do post. It is not in the best interest of the group to congratulate someone who is completely wrong in what they are saying. Wouldn't it make more sense to try to explain to them what they are actually seeing than to let everyone think that someone has made a new great discovery. Many people who do believe will spend countless hours following this path.

Now when you talk about IST, he is right everyone else is stupid. If you question him, he tells you that it's beyond you or to far advanced and you will not understand. Give me a break. This kid doesn't even have a high school education and he is calling me stupid? I have already forgotten more than he will ever know! Just look at this thread " IST NEO ZAP TECK Breakthrough". What technology breakthrough has he discovered? An arc welder....

Just watch, he will reply to my post saying that I don't understand and that it is too advanced for me to comprehend. If he actually did know anything, he would reply back with proof such as, Input/output wattage. I would love to be proven wrong. I make mistakes too.

Constructive critism is a far cry from bashing someones intelligence, is all i am saying. But in my observation, I fell things would be a little more progressive if EGOs where checked at the door.

Wattsup, take some comfort from the fact that you are not alone. There are many people like you who claim to understand these things after reading just a few lines from Wikipedia or suchlike, and somehow thinking that they are now experts in the field. People like you who, because of a few snippets of info acquired here and there, will argue blindly with people that have years of training and a formal education on the subject behind them, and so in essence are vastly more knowledgeable and experienced.

Did you know that 80% of all patents that have benefited mankind the most were made by person's having no formal training in their field of expertise?. Did you know that the person's having the highest IQ's (top 5%) have contributed essentially nothing, other than possibly contributing to their own bank accounts. Did you know that if you enrolled in a four year technology course today that 50% of what you learn would be outdated or obsolete by the time you graduated?. Did you know that the growth of knowledge is exponential and that at this moment we happen to be in a part of the curve that is almost perfectly vertical?. That is the reason you are here, you know that your formal training doesn't cut it in a world where technology changes daily, where cutting edge today is obsolete tomorrow. Then there are those darn missing pieces, where hundreds of people have defied conventional logic that nobody can explain, maybe the only reason they have done the impossible is because they didn't know any better, LOL. In which case who is to say who is stupid and who is not, when the untrained can do the seemingly impossible?
