Im trying to grasp it Dave. For a while now If been seeing these ideas, but I cant make volts or amps of it. ;]

Like why is one side the current side and the other the voltage side? And what do we gain from that?

Are we saying that the coil on the left has no current flow but voltage across is present, and on the right side, current is flowing, but low voltage across?

Well if the left has shorted coils, I would think that current would flow and voltage nill, as it is shorted.

I would love to understand. But, well, you can see where I am. ;]

Would this work for a driver, would using ac instead put them out of phase or will it flip the magnetic field and alternate from v to a then a to v

There is a shorted coil on both sides they tie together to make one large shorted coil that encompasses the whole system.

Its like showing a transformer with 2 secondaries, 1 has volts and 1 has amps. But I dont see how.

Oh, shorted on both sides. Your last drawing seems to imply a shorted coil to the left of the red coil.

The difference with this system is it catch's the bemf stores it in the field of the shorted coils then feeds it into the femf on its perspective side.
Will it go ou ? I havent built it yet, If it doesn't it will be the most efficient transformer ever built.
