And 2 2200uf 400vdc   3 amp rectifier fiode
E top  c cw plus cap
E center primary plus coil for pulse
E bottom same as top

Hi totoalas,

Very good, thank you for your efforts.  Do your cores have an air gap in the center leg when you assemble them?  You know there are E cores manufactured with or without air gap. No big problem if there is air gap but then you need to use more number of turns to have comparable coil inductances.  By the way do you have an L meter? IT would be useful when the need arises for tuning output coil to resonance with the switching frequency.

I wonder why you need to wind c cw at E bottom too?  The winding sense for the secondary coils is not important, it is important for the two primary coils only,  into which C1 and C2 are discharged via the switches.
