The coil is actually around 20 turns  bifillar (connected end of 1 wire with the start of the2nd wire) , no centre tap used on CRT TV yoke,
I am at work right now but if I good remember the Fet is one of the IRF (500V, 20A ..), Not sure about frequency right now. It also depends if you use cap or not. I was in the range let say 0.5 - 20KHz

I do not think the info above is very major importance as you can get the same or similar result with thousand of different configurations
