Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I missed a step in the process.
Cut em, debur em,lay them out and get a good even coat of rust, spray em, bake em, stack em offset, full washer on each end with bolt through the middle tighten them up,done.
Rust is not a good thing.  If you can buy a roll of 2mil Kapton(tm) tape wide enough to cover each piece.  Then lay down a layer of tape on one side of each piece, trim, and assemble.

Hey Mark thanks for the head up on the tape.
Kinda pricey http://www.mediasupply.com/kapton-tape-for-3d-printer.html?gclid=CMf8mcDQysICFc1_MgodoggAWg
The stuff isn't cheap but unless you have a way to apply very even and thin enamel it is about the best option.

Lets say I have 12v 15amps dc and I want to send 2 amps back to charge a battery how do I do that, without going through a resistor.
I want to limit the amps going to the battery.
