is there some input ... brother to interpret tom bearden and wattsup in another simple circuit design

If your load is pulling power 60 times per second and your input is doing 9000V 31000 times per second you got a lot of time to charge caps and move electricity through a transformer

These teachers would be a lot more believable if they could just go ahead and demonstrate what they are teaching about how to get "overunity" or "free energy".

Perhaps or perhaps not, So why are so many who have tried to sell what they claim to be working devices, been murdered ? And Tesla didn't seam to think the task wasn't all that difficult and there is the thing about the speed of light
he was of the opinion radiant energy did travel and behaved quite differently to the patent he showed Marconi perhaps you could tell us what the difference is between the two ? 

A Mr wango jango of Tesla fame on youtube or similar name talks about when a power supply is switched on voltage
appears at light speed but I is dependant on the transductance of the material used (and not a mallard in sight, me duck)
what tests could be made to verify this phenomenon ?  hmm ?
