One more thing, about Tesla's bifilar coil. I made an interesting setup once, basically a solid state Bedini type oscillator, but instead of having a cap receiving the coil collapse I connected a bifilar coil. Meaning the output of the power coil was connected to a bifilar coil with a diode (like in normal Bedini setup). The wires on the other side of the bifilar were left open. Running the circuit for even just a fraction of time would charge the bifilar coil like a cap, and the neat thing was that it could sit there for hours after the circuit had been shut off, when I would short its open wires it would discharge with a bang just like a cap, well, because it is

let say we have a awg#14 wire as core and a awg#22 then make the awg#22 a bipilar and perpendicular to the awg#14. The source is AA batery, then pulse it and check the energy created in awg#14 . ooooops: i forgot, there should be an extended wire of atleast awg#8 connected in the awg#22 to do the magic.

I personally think the secret to free energy is the shorted coil, when a shorted coil is introduced into a system the shorted coil will pull in the aether, when a coil is pusled by a circut or a magnet the field builds then collapses into the coil windings (bemf) but when a shorted coil is pulsed its field fluctuates but will not collapse, the other fields collapsing will draw energy from the shorted coils field if they are in resonance. Charging capacitors in parallel and discharging them in series into many bifilar coil (very thick wire) that connected in parallel  gives a lot of energy. After capacitors discharge .... the bifilar coils has a reaction of sucking energy in the environment that makes a second reaction from the first action.

Power comes from coil, so to get more power we use more coil. Use a thin copper like 22awg (many wind) then use a small caps that serve as a booster then use a thick copper like #4-10 awg for output. Notice when tesla use small capacitor in his tesla coil.

technique number 4 : combine tesla ozone pattent within ossie callanan circuit to get more output. Add up some secondaries coils in ossie's callanan series coils .... then connecting them in parallel to add more extra juice. Then .... add a lot of transistors in 7812 setup as current amplifier in the secondaries.

You seem to be confused about some of the basics of electronics.  I have highlighted a couple of those items in your quote above.  I have worked in electronics for over 50 years.  I have actively pursued many free energy ideas for over ten years now.  I have never seen any evidence that bifilar coils can suck any energy from the environment.  Do you have any concrete evidence or experiments that show this is true?

The 7812 circuit you refer to is just a normal 12 volt regulator circuit.  It is not a current amplifier.  If you have another circuit by the same designation that is a current amplifier then please post that and I will retract what I have posted.
