Can the government detect ZPE devices?

If you tap ZPE, then you decrease the local space density thereby having an effect on the local gravity. When you shut the machine off abrubtly, would that create a gravity wave detectable by the various gravity wave detectors around the globe? Make sure you ramp up and down your energy tapping slowly, possibly the wave will be of too large a wavelength to be detected. But then, a gravity measuring satelite overhead would still detect the gravity anomoly. To counter that, don't tap too much at a time.

Hm...perhaps you're right. Maybe their type of technology was undetectable -- or (for Tesla) the detection mechanisms were in their infancy back then. They did have one thing in common though. They told other people about what they were doing. I heard (from a guy that modified his engine to get unusually high mpg) that whenever you go public, the only thing that keeps you alive is full disclosure. All three of the people I mentioned guarded key secrets...not the way to go. I suspect that if Meyer had decided to make his technology public domain instead of getting patents, he might still be alive today. After all, it doesn't do any good to kill a guy if a thousand other guys are duplicating his work (and telling their friends) like crazy. That's the day I look forward to, when the cat is out of the bag, and the frustrated bad guys can't do a thing about it.

Familiar with stock trading - money can be made on a loss and be made on a stock gain.  The strategy is call a straddle.  Where options are used to counter any potential losses involved from a falling stock.  When some begins the R&D in a research process, they forward funds to the project.  TO counter losses, they keep the process a secret so that they can recap the funds lost during R&D - it's the nature of R&D to conceal progress until the cat can be let out of the bag.  It's taught by almost every conceivable school NOT to divulge and to make witnesses sign non-disclosures.  It's a mainstay operation.

I think any true innovation will be like lightning striking.

I told someone once that the only way to cross this hurdle was to throw the machine first, then one's self.  We were having a discussion about all the people who had died mysteriously.  Put the idea before one's own life is the idea here.  Some element of karma might recomp any losses - the idea is though, that it's just an idea - having no physical presence or monetary value, the idea is transcendental.

You know ..this is only true if the ZPE actually does effect gravity and the hypothesis regarding the aether are proven to effect gravity fields or what have you.

It's a dream of mine. I'd hate to have spent all this time on energy tapping only to find that I'll have to go back to the drawing board for propulsion too . There is some theoretical support (http://wsminfo.org/articles/Origin_of_Newtons_law.doc) but the only thing close to experimental support are hints from alleged things such as Searl's SEG (originally just for energy production but inadvertently got lift), Hamel tech (plasma production and continuous operation and then lift), Floyd Sweet's device (excess energy and then weight change after Tom Bearden's suggestions on how to test for it). Not much to go on yet, I know.

I have read lots of stories where the FCC tracked down illegal radio transmitters.So I have no doubts that a ZPE device could be tracked down.Triffid

Bleh, i'd stick with what we know.

Static discharge is in the air, use that to charge a battery or  tap radio waves and convert into electric, and no, not man made radio waves, the radio waves coming off planets must be alot of electric.

It utterly is confusing, i am seriously sticking to tapping transverse waves.
