  This last device lighting the led bulbs can't be replicated unless more info is shown on it. And, as it could be lighting the bulbs due to a near by effect from Exciter/kacher circuit, it needs to be moved away from any other influences. And the video shot for more than one minute, to show that the device is not been feed by pre-charged capacitors or button cells, etz... Also not holding the device with ones hands, as that can also have an effect on sensitive circuits.
  I'm not saying that that is what is happening, I'm saying that those things need to be discarded by showing proof that they are not the cause of the lit bulbs. As well as showing the back side of the circuit.
  And how long does it light the bulbs for, one minute, a day, a month, a year?

This is the  message I have  got from one of members of forum.
I want to express my great appreciation to him and all of you sending me information.
We might be able to have working  concept of FE till the end of the year.
I'm working on it.
Do not take it as me promising something.
Arunas is one of most influential people I know .  But there is large group of us than only   NYW that wants the change to happened.

I think about Kapanadze... and I think I know how this trick works. It is simple and complicated. Trick is- how to make capacitors with very high density make "full" with High Voltage and "ground". After all, he use ordinary 2 transistor circuit and voltage inverter- nothing more! Its very simple, but tricky! He tell about capacitors- he have about 63 000uF cap bank. How to fill them? It is important. I know about long wires- they make inductive "jump" and voltage rise up. I make some "mistakes" with long wires and found this "effect".OK,

За съжаление ограничението има и то важи дори и за обикновените трансформатори. Ограничение на максималната мощност взависимост от  площта на
напречното сечение на магнитопровода и минималния брой навивки на всяка от намотките.
Ако не съм разбрал въпроса и искате да ме попитате друго по отношение на идеята на разположение съм.
